Eligible unworn apparel can be submitted for a one-time size or color exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@momdistrict.com, with customers covering return shipping costs. Hats are strict final sale and excluded from exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days with photos for a free replacement.
