Mom District products are made to order, requiring 2 to 7 business days for processing and production before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with potential delays during busy periods or holidays. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships, and transit times apply only after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Eligible unworn apparel can be submitted for a one-time size or color exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@momdistrict.com, with customers covering return shipping costs. Hats are strict final sale and excluded from exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support within 7 days with photos for a free replacement.
